The Burger King in Oberbiel knows better quality.

So I have to give and rate a star. I would rather not have given one. The food is cold and inedible. And a disgusting mass was on my mayo so I couldn't enjoy my fries, which were already old anyway. Last visit!!!!!

Orders are received correctly but given out incorrectly, if that were the first time that wouldn't be bad, but it happens all the time. I will do without the branch in Wetzlar in the future!

Take cheap fake fries. Never again. Whopper from Halde. Not freshly made. You should change something (without cucumber or something) then it has to be made fresh.

My crunchy chicken deluxe that I ordered was swimming in mayonnaise and you hardly tasted any of the meat. Chicken nuggets were rather hard net really crispy. Better net.

I was there yesterday at noon, and unfortunately I have to say that the service was totally unfriendly and incompetent. Sometimes I wasn't really listened to, I repeated myself three times, my colleagues kept talking. When I changed my mind about one of my orders, I was laughed at thirty by one of their employees! If I were you, I would seriously consider what kind of staff I would hire in the future! At the same time I noticed how annoyed other customers were by the unfriendly interaction. I think that especially your employee who was there yesterday at noon / evening should thoroughly rethink her behavior in front of and towards the customers! About the food I can only say that the meat just looked sloppy and old. This was definitely the first and last visit to this branch for me and my family!

Register more employees for the shifts. It is impossible that only 2 employees are present during peak hours! The staff is stressed and rude, which I can't blame them!

Unfriendly, burgers are warmed up. Salad was already brown. With both citizens like that. Absolutely not recommended.

During Corona and especially during the holiday season you have to bring a lot of time with you. A team that actually consists of 4 employees is currently only two - you have to expect long waiting times and willingly ignore one or the other snippy comment. Order was complete, fries were just in need of something by BurgerKing level, but they have a hard time alone. It is better to wait with a visit until more employees are on site again and the crowds from the nearby expressway decrease.

You order something and do not get what you wanted and are still cheated with money that was 3-4 times now. And then you get turned on that you order more. Then you write burger King and there is no feedback. Am very disappointed. Please correct employees !!!

Waiting room for teenagers. Rarely a place free that is not occupied. The youth bring their own drinks with them. Music too loud. Like in the disco. Burgers are not what you know from Burger King. Have not been going there since 2017. Nothing is organized there. Tables dirty. Kind regards.

You can be lucky - then what you order is complete, hot and good, but often the food is simply cold, sauces on the burger are little to nonexistent and there are no burgers or anything else - but they have been paid for. So better check again before you gently grab your bag and drive away. Some of the staff are super friendly, others are ignored despite being addressed. Get burgers with a certain luck factor, the latest concept from the BK? 🤔

Opens on Sunday, staff speaks English as well. I didnt face any of the problems faced by other reviewers, even during lunchtime crowd.
